●Machine wash in cold water, using a phosphate-free detergent. Machine dry using a low-temperature setting for 10 to 15 minutes.
Note:
1. The clearer the picture, the better the effect will be.
2. Do not send a screenshot image, the pillow will show a blurry pattern.
3. Photos of your pet sitting or standing with nothing blocking any part of their body look best with these pillows.
4. The back of the pillow will be a mirror image print.
5. The longest side of the custom pillow depends on the size you purchased. The short side is based on the size of the photo provided.
Must-follow guidelines
Submit files in PNG or JPEG format with at least 150 DPI.
2Create files in sRGB color profile to avoid the color difference as far as possible.
Make sure your design at the maximum coverage.
Keep all important graphics within the safe area line to avoid missing design elements
For the templates we provide, don't forget to delete the guide layers before saving your files.
Tips for best results

Don't place important details close to the edges
Place important graphics or text in the middle part of your designs.
Use the safe area line as your guide.
Avoid designs with borders. Borders can appear uneven easily during the cutting process.

Don't include small details
Due to the product's fluffy fabric, tiny details or text in your designs may print blurry.
Bold lines and graphics usually work best.

Include branding in the design
This sublimated product doesn't have an inside label option, so if you'd like your logo
printed, include it in your design.
Sublimation disclaimers
Please read this note before your orders.
It's possible for the product to wrinkle during the sublimation process, which may result in
white streaks. Please read our disclaimer page for more info.
Designs are printed on one side of the product; the reverse side is white.
Due to the peculiarities of the sublimation process, graphics may shift up to 2 inches when printed. Because of
this, we don't recommend using designs that require precise placement.
